The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA) asks online sellers in South Africa to tell you who they are and how their sales work. This page gives you that information. The same words are used in all ASM documents: see "Words we use" at the end.

Name
ASM (Anti Social Media)
What ASM is
An independent creative project: a clothing and art brand with digital wearables, a 3D web game (the Offline District) and a collector community

ASM is run by its founder from South Africa. It is not a registered company at the time of writing, so it has no company registration number. If that changes, this page will show the new details.

ASM is an online-only project and has no shop or office that is open to the public. To send us a formal or legal notice, use the channels in section 2. If you need a physical address to serve legal papers, ask us through those channels and we'll give you one.
